El Comal Yellow Sopes are a thick, round shaped, cooked, yellow corn dough similar to a very thick tortilla. Sopes are a traditional Mexican platter that are easy to make and oh so delicious! The sopes are simply deep fried in oil, and topped with beans, meat, lettuce, tomato, cheese, sour cream and salsa! You can take away the meat and make them an excellent vegetarian platter!
