Strawberry Enchiladas

Ingredients:
 4 oz Cream Cheese, room temperature
 2 cups Fresh or freeze-dried strawberries
 2 tbsp Granulated sugar
 2 tbsp Milk
 1 ½ cups Whipped topping
 10 El Comal Soft Taco Flour Tortillas
 Dulce de leche or cajeta, warmed
 Fresh strawberries for decorating

Combine cream cheese, strawberries, sugar and milk in a blender or food processor. Process at low speed until ingredients are blended well and mixture is pink. Transfer to a medium bowl. Fold in whipped topping until evenly combined.

Warm tortillas over low heat or until soft enough to roll. Fill each with creamy strawberry mixture and roll, arrange on a serving plate. Drizzle with dulce de leche and decorate with fresh strawberries. Serve.
