Steak Nachos

Season steak with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a cast iron pan over medium heat. Cook steak, turning with tongs; about 6 minutes per side or steak is cooked to medium well. Transfer steak to a plate and let rest a few minutes. Chop into bite size pieces. Keep warm.
Preheat oven to 450° F.
In a baking tray, place a layer tortilla chips about 3 tortilla chips deep. Sprinkle cheese evenly between layers. Bake for 10 minutes or until cheese has completely melted
Remove from oven, sprinkle with tomato, avocado, onion, serrano and pieces of steak. Garnish with cilantro and a dollop of sour cream. Enjoy.
