Skewer Beef Tacos

Ingredients
 2 ½ tbsp Salt
 1 tbsp black pepper
 3 tbsp garlic powder
 1 tbsp onion powder
 1 tbsp smoked paprika
 ½ tbsp cayenne
 2 lbs beef shank steak, cut in 1-inch cubes
 1 large red bell pepper, sliced in 1-inch pieces
 1 large red onion, sliced in 1-inch pieces
 8 El Comal Corn Tortillas, warmed
 Fresh cilantro to serve
 Sliced radishes to serve
 Lime wedges to serve

Grease and preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.

Whisk together salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika and cayenne in a small bowl. Set aside.

Make skewers alternating between beef pieces, bell pepper pieces and onion pieces. Sprinkle = evenly with seasoning mix. Place over grill or grill pan and cook for 8-10 minutes turning frequently to cook evenly.

Serve with El Comal corn tortillas, cilantro, radishes and a squeeze of lime juice.
