Loaded Nachos

6 cups El Comal Chips
3 cups (packed) Mexican Blend cheese, shredded
1 ½ cups Cooked black beans, rinsed
2 Roma Tomatoes, chopped
2 Large jalapeños, sliced
4 Green onions, sliced
1 Avocado, sliced
½ cup Fresh cilantro, chopped
½ cup Sour cream
Black pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 400° F.

Arrange half the chips on a baking 15x10x .75-inch baking tray. Top evenly with 1 ½ cups cheese. Repeat with another layer remaining chips and cheese. Heat in oven for 10 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.

Immediately top with black beans, chopped tomatoes, jalapeño slices, green onions, avocado, cilantro, dollops of sour cream and a sprinkle of black pepper. Serve immediately.
