Graveyard Dip
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Cut out a tree shape and grave shapes from tortillas using cookie cutters and kitchen shears. Place cutout tortilla pieces on a large baking sheet and bake for 7 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool. Keep oven on.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion; cook for 3 minutes or until tender. Add garlic, ground beef and taco seasoning mix. Using a wooden spoon, break up meat into small crumbles. Cook until browned; 10 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
In a 9x13 baking dish, Add refried beans. Spread in an even layer. Top with 1 cup cheese, add cooked ground beef in an even layer and top with remaining cheese. Place dish in the oven and bake for 10 minutes. Remove from oven. Add a layer of sour cream followed by avocado (or guacamole). Sprinkle lettuce around the edges. Carefully insert tortilla shapes and add a sprinkle of olives to resemble “dirt.” Serve.
