Cheese Ball

Ingredients:
10 oz Packages cream cheese, softened
2 cups Sharp cheddar cheese, grated
2 Green Onions, finely chopped
1 tsp Soy sauce
1 tsp Hot sauce
½ tsp Garlic powder
½ tsp Dried oregano, crushed
¼ tsp Ground black pepper
⅔ cup Pecans, finely chopped

Instructions:

Place all ingredients except pecans in a large mixing bowl. Fold all ingredients together with a large wooden spoon. Oil hands if needed and form a ball.

Place pecans in a shallow bowl. Place cheeseball in bowl and gently scoop pecans with hands to cover cheeseball evenly on all sides.

Cover cheeseball with plastic wrap and refrigerate for one hour or until ready to serve. Serve on a large plate with El Comal Homestyle Tortilla Chips.
